- Negotiation procedures with participation competition in accordance with Section 12 KonzVGV in conjunction with § 14 Paragraph 2, Paragraph 3 VGV to determine a network operator for the planning, the construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic gap model in the following expansion areas in accordance with theGuideline "Funding to support the gigabitaus construction of the telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" from March 31, 2023 (hereinafter "Gigabiti- Directive of Federal 2.0") including the ancillary provisions mentioned in the donation notice (provided for downloadDownload area of the project sponsor https://gigabit-projekttraeger.de/downloads/). For this reason, a nationwideGigabit network (network with a minimum bandwidth of 1 GBit/s symmetrical for all end users of the advertised addresses) are built in the sub-supplied areas, whereby the up and download rate must at least double.
