The range of affordable, inexpensive Living space is currently scarce. In terms of perspective, the deficiency, especially on subsidized apartments, should continue to increase due to the rising rental prices and growing population and lead to an increasing number of people who can no longer find an offer on the housing market. Municipalities are therefore kept through quick measures, such as the implementation of funded living space, to secure social and economic stability in the long term and to counteract the increasing lack of living space. With its own operation, the city of Ravensburg therefore intends to build up urban apartments Funded apartments on their own property in the village of Schmalegg in the new development area "Local center III, Schmalegg" (hereinafter "residential area Schmalegg"). For the object planning services up to and including LPH 4, the Wurm Wurm overall planning architect engineer expert PartG MBB (hereinafter referred to "Office worm") commissioned. The Wurm office submitted the building application to the approval of the Schmalegg residential area on August 8, 2024.
