Description:
City of Ravensburg - Europe -wide allocation of planning and construction work for the construction of the depot.
The company premises are in the Goethestrasse 28. The existing buildings on the premises are still partly from the post -war period and largely extensive. The existing buildings on the property are canceled and replaced by a new building. For the construction period, the depot is moved to another location. The new building Will have a usable area of approx. 7,200 m2 and is designed for up to 124 employees. The new building is divided into different functional areas. These include: - Offices and meeting rooms for the administration - canteen and lounge - social spaces and changing rooms for the commercial Staff. Higher hygiene requirements (black/white areas) for sewer maintenance and city cleaning must be taken into account. - Workshops for carpenters, locksmiths, painters and the traffic regulation - central warehouse - fleet workshop with an adjacent washing hall.
