Object planning services
City of Riedstadt, new fire station Riedstadt-Mitte, 64560 Riedstadt
The city of Riedstadt plans to build a new fire station as a central merging of the fire station from the districts and the construction of a new rescue station on the same property (Goddelau G2 'Galgengewann'). The property is around 2.5 hectares of intensely used agricultural area, which is affected by a high -voltage freedom in the northeast.
The subject of the Object Planning Occupations in accordance with §§ 38 ff. HOAI, LPH 1-9 are the contractual objects.
Parallel the services of the object planning are awarded buildings.
It is made of overlay construction costs for the entire measure (fire station and rescue station) in the amount of approx. EUR 15 million kg 200-700 Netto assumed. Of this, approximately 1.5 million euros net accounts for the KG 500.
A gradual order is planned (see under "Other").
