Description:
The city of Scheinfeld intends, the renovation / conversion of the old district court (Schwarzenberger Str. 26, 91443 Scheinfeld) into a building with exhibition rooms and offices, which is to be used, among other things, by the Steigerwald nature park center. It is a building under Monument protection is. When planning, it must be taken into account that the interiors must partially be used as exhibition rooms. The exhibition concept will be third party. In order to procure the services, the client leads to a negotiation award with participation competition in accordance with §§ 17.74 VGV. The commission is gradually carried out according to the draft contract, which is part of the tender documents.
