City of Schwalbach am Taunus - project management services for the “New Fire Department and Building Yard” project City of Schwalbach am Taunus - project management for the “building yard and fire department” project The client intends to provide project management services for the new building a fire station and a construction yard in Schwalbach am Taunus. The aim of the measure is to eliminate structural and organizational deficits in the existing fire station in the old town area and to create a sustainable one Offer for both facilities. The basis is a feasibility study (2019) and a location analysis (2021), which identifies the municipal building yard's property as suitable. Development plan No. 43 has been legally binding since September 27, 2023. The Project management includes all project stages 1 to 5 in accordance with the recognized service profiles: - Project preparation and planning (stages 1-2): Supporting the basic determination, preliminary planning and draft planning, plausibility check and adjustment of the existing cost and scheduling planning. - Execution preparation and execution (stages 3-4): Coordination of implementation planning, preparation and participation in awards, control of construction execution. - Project completion (Stage 5): Ensuring the proper completion, handover and follow-up support.
