Equipment HLS (ALG 1-3, 8) according to §§ 53 ff HOAI - service phases 3-9 The city of Tegernsee intends to comprehensively renovate the Building complex around the Ludwig Thoma Hall. The building consists of three structurally and functionally different parts - a southern, older part of the former "Tegernseer Hof" and a northern part of the building, which is the large Meeting place (Ludwig-Thoma-Saal) as well as an additional residential wing. The aim of the project is the structural, technical and functional upgrading of all areas of the building, taking into account current requirements for safety, use, Accessibility, energy efficiency and design quality. Southern part of the building: On the ground floor there is a restaurant with seating for up to 60 guests as well as a meeting place with a foyer near the main entrance.
