The building from the 1920s is in need of renovationand, due to its prominent location at the southern entrance to the Neustadt and the northern access to the train station, represents a significant urban planning grievance. In 2022, the project was the "Future Perspective Gloria Film Palace" in the federal program "National Projects ofUrban building "recorded.
The listed main building of the former cinema is in need of renovation. With the exception of the listed main building, the remaining buildings of the total building stock can be canceled.
