- The subject of the present procedure is the gradual commissioning of the services of building physics (thermal insulation and energy balance, construction acoustics (sound insulation) and room acoustics) of the service phases 1 - 7 as well as the special services of performance phases 8 and 9 in accordance with paragraph 1 of Appendix 1Section 3 (1) of the HOAI for the multifunctional rhombus campus with seminar and training rooms as well as an indoor pool. In the context of this planning, the special requirements for the building envelope and between the building zones, which are from the different indoor climates, must be taken into accountas well as the increased air humidity loads in the area of the indoor pool. All services must be carried out using the general rules of technology and taking into account the currently valid standards and regulations.
