Description:
The subject of the present procedure is the gradual commissioning of the services of the structural planning of the service phases 1 - 6 in accordance with Section 51 HOAI for the establishment of the footbridge between Rhombusarel via the B51 and Wermelskirchen city center and to establish the connection to the neighborhood place as well asSpecial services for the service phases 7 (participation in the award), 8 (object monitoring) and 9 (property supervision).

The activation of the area is a guiding measure of the city councilWermelskirchen decided "integrated development and action concept Wermelskirchen city center 2030" and is to become a project of the regional 2025 "Bergisches Rhineland". The aim is to implement an environmental and resource-saving district, that of a future-oriented andSustainable urban development. The client was able to purchase partial areas from the Rhombus area.
