The subject of the present procedure is the gradual commissioning of the services of the traffic system planning of the service phases 1 - 9 in accordance with Section 47 HOAI for the establishment of the traffic systems of the "Innovation Rhombus".Participation competition
The city of Wermelskirchen (hereinafter also: "client") intends to develop the rhombus area in the urban area. Due to the location and dimension, the rhombus area represents an outstanding potential to important accents for the directly adjacent city centerand to set the entire city of Wermelskirchen. The activation of the area is a guiding measure of the "integrated development and action concept Wermelskirchen city center 2030" decided by the City of Wermelskirchen and is to become a project of the regional 2025 "Bergisches Rhineland".The aim is to implement an environmental and resource-saving district that corresponds to a future-oriented and sustainable urban development. The client was able to purchase partial areas from the Rhombus area. With the private owners of the other areas of the area,The planned "Innovation Quarter Rhombus" can be agreed a cooperative development.
