- Quantity overview: The following central light signal system must be delivered and assembled: LSA 713 Hachestrasse / on the Reichsbank. The AG is provided by the empire route and signal mast. In part, route extensions using civil engineering work are necessary. The execution includes assembly of Cable protection pipes, cables and lines, foundations of control devices and/or cable or power distributors including the associated control cabinets as well as the construction of a grounding system. The cabling to the control unit or the mast locations must be carried out in central technology. Also belongs to the Power scope The cable connection of external systems, e.g. a PLS location of the city of Essen. The traffic-dependent control of the light signal systems takes place in Lisa + version 8. Economy consideration: In the awarding of the surcharge, an profitability view of the energy consumption of the signal providers of the LSA 713 is included. The observation period for the energy consumption of the signal providers is 20 years. The surcharge is granted to the most economical offer. ........................................................ Important note on the provisions about the execution period (see also "Special Contract Conditions_25-120-OV_LSA 713", to be found in tender documents in contractual terms): The execution must be started immediately after the application is issued and completed by 01/15/2026. Message at the term in months: With the execution of the measure, the contract should be started immediately and the work should be completed by January 15, 2026. The specified term of 2 months is therefore not a binding statement and only as a guideline understand.
