Stadtwerke Hilden GmbH (client) intends to assign two framework agreements for maintenance and expansion of their electricity, gas and water supply networks.A framework agreement, along with cable -specific work, pipe construction, material procurement and on -call service, has a framework agreement (list of services 1/lot 1). The list of services 2Consists exclusively of the civil engineering posts of the list of services 1. The client hopes for more scheduled flexibility in that she has the choice between two contractors during civil engineering work. The suitability requirements for applicants on the second lot are lower.The framework agreements apply from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. The client can then extend the term three times one year each. The framework agreements end on December 31, 2030 at the latest. The applicants can apply for one or both loosely.
