- Tender for five framework agreements for civil engineering and piping works for five lots. Each framework agreement is concluded with a company. Offers can be made on one or more lots. For lots 2 and 3, a bidder can only accept one of the two lots received. Accordingly, bidders can submit a bid for a maximum of lots 1, 2 or 3, 4 and 5.
