The subject of this tender is the civil engineering work to lay cold and heat pipes In the 3rd phase of construction on the site of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in the areas of the observatory and the machine house. Die Civil engineering work includes the up and down of the existing surfaces, all earthworks for the production of the construction pits for the line trenches including installation. After installing the systems, the construction pits must be produced as a provisional construction road with an asphalt application layer. The surfaces are then restored on site of the civil engineering work. Only layers and surfaces can be completely restored in individual sections.
The planned start of execution is 09/2025 and planned completion date is 10/2025. The performance includes approx.:
Earthwork and installing:
Earthwork: 130 m³
Construction: 200 m2
Demolition of surfaces:
Demolition of location concrete road ceiling: 50 m2
Demolition of paving: 80 m2
Restoration of surfaces:
Production asphalt as prov. Fastening: 50 m2
Production of concrete stone paving: 80 m2
Demolition and new laying of Disposal lines:
Wastewater canal stoneware DN 150 in PP OD 160: approx. 15 m
Drinking water pipe plastic DN 110 in PE DN/OD 110: approx. 30 m
To submit with the offer:
For the pipeline work, the DVGW registrations GW 301 and GW330, as well as for the sewer construction work, are the certification according to RAL-GZ 961 AK 3 or equivalent to be presented as a suitability. The quality of the proposed bulk goods etc. must be demonstrated by the local construction monitoring before delivery and installation on the construction site by aptitude test certificates or material data sheets or the like.
