Civillent GmbH - learning platforms for the provision of digital learning formats
The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a contract with a contractor for the introduction of a learning platform based on a qualifiedSoftware solution as part of software AS A Service model. We expect an availability of the platform of 99.9%. The contract is concluded with a surcharge. The software solution is expected to be implemented in the company until around the beginning of 2026 and can be used productively. TheThe contract term is five years from the start of productive use. A gradual increase in user licenses is planned. In Q4/2025 we initially plan a three-month test operation with approx. 200-400 user licenses. From the first quarter of 2026, the licenses will take place graduallyto 15,000 users. Depending on the use of the learning platform by the customers of the KOM.ONE, a perspective increase to up to 250,000 user licenses is conceivable. A minimum acceptance amount is not agreed. Since we have to react flexibly to customer requirements, we expect theExchange of additional user licenses in a maximum period of 14 days from the order.
