CJD - Services of building planning for the conversion and expansion of the Schoenebeck dormitory
The subject of this award are only the services of building planning. The free system planning and specialist planning are awarded separately. Multiple applications in relation to the differentObject and specialist planning are permitted.
The basic services of the service phases 5 to 9 (fully) of the building planning are assigned in accordance with the draft contract (part C of the tender documents).Introduction, analysis revision with regard to the previous design (flat -rate fee - performance phase 3)
- Creation of the necessary forms according to the awarding manual (flat rate fee - power phase 7)
- Creation of the certificate of fundingTaking into account the relevant funding directive) (time fee - at the beginning of service phase 9)
- monitoring of the defect removal within the limitation period (time fee - performance phase 9)
In addition, with regard to the scope of services, the mutual duties and theReference to the attached draft contract (part C of the tender documents).
An expected service period for building planning is 15.06.2025 to 31.12.2026 (with additional inclusion of the service phase 9 (= 4 years) 31.12.2030).
