With this advertisement, Flughafen Duesseldorf GmbH (FDG) is looking for one or more efficient cleaning service providers as contractors for the maintenance, special and glass cleaning of the entire airport terminal and the outstations, etc. from February 1st, 2025. The individual services are individed into four (4) lots.
CLOCK, daytime service and night vision cleaning (terminal overall, parking garage 1 underground car park central building excluding parking area, ZG East, IC long-distance train station, rental car center) including glass cleaning, regular special cleaning
The daytime service for ongoing visual cleaning duringoperating hours 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The maintenance cleaning area is approx. 76,046.65 m2. This lot includes public areas and air security areas. In lot 1, maintenance cleaning takes place between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. or during the day in consultation with the client. The glass cleaning, which...Lot 1 is assigned, usually takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On night duty from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The glass cleaning area is approximately 38,717.98 m2, this lot includes public areas and air security areas. For regular special cleaning (see tender documents) one mustAnnual file must be created by the contractor.
