• Lot 1: The services described below are cleaning services for the schools and sports/gymnasiums of the municipality of Weilerswist - hereinafter referred to as AG. The objects are located at different locations (see appendix B0 object overview). The following services are included: - Maintenance cleaning - Basic cleaning (as required) - Special cleaning (as required) Dirt control mat service The municipality of Weilerswist would like these services to be uniform across all properties write out. For this purpose, the services required have been compiled and summarized in this service description. All surfaces to be cleaned and services to be provided are recorded and with a corresponding usage Cleaning standard and cycle or interval and quality standard are stored. The schools and their associated buildings are single- and multi-story buildings with a variety of different facilities, floor coverings and surfaces. Within the objects The following room groups are mainly available: classrooms, department rooms (biology, physics, chemistry), teachers' rooms, offices, lesson preparation rooms, circulation areas, stairwells, toilet facilities. Lot 2: For those described below Services are cleaning services for properties in the municipality of Weilerswist - hereinafter referred to as AG. The objects are located at different locations (see Appendix B0 object overview). The following services are included: - Maintenance cleaning - basic cleaning (as required) - special cleaning (as required) Lot 2 includes the following property types: - Administrative buildings - Mourning halls - Fire departments and building yard - Asylum accommodation Due to the different user needs and Types of objects and high representative demands place high demands on cleaning quality.
