Description:
The subject of the award is a framework contract for cleaning the transformer and traction cooling systems of the BR411 multiple units at various locations (plants: Dortmund, Cologne, Munich and Frankfurt) of DB Fernverkehr AG. These services are carried out by the contractor's mobile teams in the vehicle maintenance plants carried out by the client. The specific scope of services, the vehicle types to be treated and the respective plant in which the services are to be provided are specified in each call. The services are to be provided between 2026 and 2029. The contract can be signed twice at a time be extended for one year. The client will award a framework contract for the services to the best-placed bidder. The client will undertake to provide cleaning services for at least 30 BR411 multiple units annually. In addition, the contractor grants the client the option of doing so once more to commission him annually for the services listed in the service description for cleaning the transformer and traction cooling systems of the 411 and 403 series (up to 40 multiple units: 30 BR411 and 10 BR403).
