The Agricultural Faculty of the University of Bonn plans a new central experimental system with greenhouse cabins and climatic chambers.
The planned climate chambers are to be managed as a central experimental facility of the Faculty of Agricultural Faculty of the service platform of plant experiments and provided for the test activity of all existing and future research fields in this area. The claims of the current professors and researchers are wide-ranging.
The plant climate chambers are to be integrated into a greenhouse construction (houses 1 + 2 according to enclosed planning sketches), whereby the building part up with the climate chambers up to 3.40 m height up and the residual surfaces are covered with isopaneles to avoid heating in summer and in the Winter little heating energy to need.
