• The subject of the order to be awarded (Los 1) is the services of external cleaning and winter service for the Nuremberg Clinic. In the case of the outdoor cleaning services, 52 performance weeks are generally used. Those weeks in which none due to the winter situationExternal cleaning is possible, must be taken into account in the pricing in accordance with the experience of the bidder. Definition of the types of performance: (1) Cleaning of the sidewalks/accesses/other traffic routes; (2) cleaning of parking spaces/places; (3) free the sidewalk surfaces of plant growth; (4) inputsFree from plant growth; (5) free the street gutter from plant growth; (6) free the roofs of plant growth; (7) Fountain cleaning; (8) Clean benches; (9) Clean escape stairs; (10) Clean drainage channels; (11) Clean the courtyard inlet; (12) Clean the light and supply shaft; (13)Sturm control; (14) Manual cleaning of the inputs as well as designated connection paths and access routes. Winter service includes the preservation of traffic safety on streets, squares and because of disabilities by snow or ice. It serves to provide the accident and guarantee the safeCare and walk-in. The winter services are to be carried out in the corresponding weather conditions from October to April. From December to February, winter service is firmly remunerated using a flat rate.
