- CMS maintenance and further development Conclusion of an EVB IT service contract for support and maintenance The University of Potsdam's central TYPO3 website includes around 600 individual web projects (including intranet) in the University of Potsdam's corporate design as well as some websites with a different layout. Around 1,300 editors use the CMS TYPO3 from the University of Potsdam. Further growth is to be expected. The CMS TYPO3 is operated in the central infrastructure of the University of Potsdam. Analogous to Further development of the central website, the University of Potsdam's intranet will be rebuilt based on TYPO3. The implementation of requirements and the further development of the platform take place analogously to the central website, so that configuration and functional scope of both instances are comparable. The aim of the procedure is to conclude an EVB-lT service contract between University of Potsdam and a qualified contractor (AN) with the qualifications for support, maintenance, care and Further development of the central CMS TYPO3 system at the University of Potsdam. The aim is to ensure the correct functionality for the operating systems Linux, Windows and macOS for desktops and laptops for the use of the TYPO3 backend by the editors as well as ensuring the correct display of the websites and their functionalities in the front end for desktop computers and laptops, tablets and smartphones (mobile devices).
