- The center new technologies in the German museum was opened in November 2009 and shows in the basement to about 800 m² an exhibition on nano- and biotechnology. Due to rebuilding measures, the exhibition for nano- and biotechnology is demolished. On the releasing area, a showcase area for exhibits of nano- and biotechnology arise, a science communication (SCL) laboratory and a multifunction area.
In the Science Communication Lab (SCL) in the basement in CTNT, a diverse course and presentation program for the visitors of the German Museum should take place. For this purpose, various laboratory equipment, microscopes and laboratory requirements are needed.
