Description:
In the product coaching and process support, personnel and organizational development (hereinafter referred to as POE) determines the general and strategic development needs of the DLR and advises internal stakeholders on which measures and interventions are effective. For the implementation ofSuch measures are i. d. R. external providers commissioned. The subject of this call for tenders is the awarding of process-accompanying measures, such as coaching, moderation, team development and support, as well as organizational development process support and special moderation, such as: B. Fuehrungsforce feedback.
This takes place as part of an open house model with the aim of forming a pool. If the requirements regarding suitability and qualifications (see tender documents) are met, you will be included in the POE pool "Coaching and Process Support".
