Description:
The subject of the service is a measure in accordance with Section 16k SGB II, which builds the employability of employable people entitled to benefits and their relatives through holistic coaching and introduces the participants to an activity subject to social insurance contributions. By stating the need for support and the development of a career path plan with the systematic inclusion of the regional support system, the participants should be supported and accompanied in their (professional) development. The funding content of holistic care is not regulated by law. The Content is based on the needs of the employable person entitled to benefits as well as the requirements in order to eliminate the particular problem situations and to build up and subsequently stabilize the employability/training capacity. Holistic care can also be provided on an outpatient basis, as long as the participant agrees to do so voluntarily: Many problems have a family or socio-spatial connection. Outreach care can serve to restore or improve the accessibility of the participant in precarious life situations and to increase participation stabilize and enable more tailored advice and support. Participation in holistic care is voluntary; the creation of a relationship of trust is an essential basis for funding in accordance with Section 16k SGB II.
