Description:
Robot cell as a teaching aid for use and training in vocational schools. The requested
robot arm is exclusively a so-called cobot for
collaborative work between humans and robots. This eliminates the need for a protective housing, and an open work area is mandatory.
It must be a real industrial cobot
. This also applies to the software,
the programming and general performance data.
Procurement of spare parts or service via a
branch in Germany with contacts (training,
hotline) ist required. Furthermore, it must be an overall solution that is suitable for teaching and that enables safe working with the cobot, which the provider must ensure as part of his obligations. The robot cell is fully assembled and fully functional.
Handover with a test program is part of the
delivery.
Program transfer to the
robot controller must also be demonstrated.
Manufacturers who offer
special offers for educational
institutions are given preference.
The provider assures that the robot cell and its
operationeb corresponds to the standards and legal
specifications for collaborative working in the delivery state.
