Coburg - Amt 65 - Rueckert Middle School 2. BA Partial renovation of Building A - Horizontalsperre
For the renovation of the Rueckert Middle School (building from 1890, built in the style of the mannerist neuraissance), the introduction of a horizontal lock in the base area must be achieved.
In the base area Keller is a horizontal lock with PUR combi injection resin for the water stop and the sealing injection. About 175m running meters must be sealed. At the same time, a new seal is attached from the outside to drain the outer walls. In order to prevent moisture damage, the Existing ring drainage replaced by a new one.
Perimeter insulation is to be attached to the energetic renovation of the outer walls.
