Description:
The Koblenz mbh (WFG) business development company is the owner of the property at Ludwig-Erhard-Strasse 5 in 56073 Koblenz. It consists of the flour pieces 61/17, 45/31, 45/33 and 61/20 in the hallway No. 6 with a total area of 8,195 m2. The office building on this was used in the year Completed in 2002 and has a net area of 4,514m2. The Federal Real Estate Agency (BIMA) intends to purchase the property in the period until the service phase 4 is completed. The Federal Real Estate Authority (BIMA) intends the property in the period to purchase until the completion of the service phase 4. Accordingly, the client is entitled to transfer all rights and obligations from this contract to the Federal Real Estate (BIMA) contracts by unilateral declaration to the contractor. The contractor is correct this Contract transmission already in advance. The WFG and the BIMA jointly develop planning for the future accommodation of a laboratory building of the Federal Agency for Water Science in the Property. In 2023, a deepened feasibility study by the Canal office was converted and to Expansion of the building created as a laboratory building. It assumes that the existing building will be reorganized and that an extension to the southern wing and a heated hall will be built.
