• Description:
• Company health insurance is advertised for employees of the Frankfurt (Oder) city administration in the form of a collective agreement for a minimum term of three years. Employees who would like to take advantage of this service have the option of paying the alternative remuneration incentive system of Section 18a TVöD-VKA into a company health insurance policy in the form of a voluntary, tax-free benefit in kind currently amounting to a maximum of EUR 50.00/month in accordance with Section 8 Paragraph 2 Sentence 11 EstG. Financing for all employees by the employer is excluded. The insured can join the insurance without a health check and with the option of private continuation after leaving employment. The Contracts should be possible for 10 or more employees. Furthermore, family members should be able to be insured as self-payers. Access to the BKV must also be guaranteed for future employees of the Frankfurt (Oder) city administration. At When awarding the award, the performance criteria attached in the appendix (Appendix 1) must be taken as minimum requirements. Insurance cover with a health budget of at least EUR 600 is required for services: - for dental treatments incl. Dentures and dental prophylaxis - visual aids - osteopathic treatments - health courses and preventive measures. The goal is also to offer a comprehensive prevention and health program for employees.
