Description:
Procurement procedure according to VGV, in a step -by -step award. The city of Nuremberg intends to contract the vocational schools B5 and B14 at a common location at Colmberger Strasse 2. The new vocational school center will be the two vocational schools with a total of eight professional and specialist areas and two House administrations. The expected number of users amounts to around 1500 people present. For this purpose, the entire site and the existing office building will be converted into the new school center as part of a public-private partnership (OePP). Basis for the PPP advertisement form comprehensive planning (LPH 2) of the object and outdoor area planning, as well as concepts for building services trades, building physics, fire protection and statics. The knowledge developed in the preliminary planning phase should be transferred and incorporated into a functional service description and incorporated through and by a private partner can be realized. The existing building is gutted and converted and converted by the private partner and operated for 25 years by the private partner. The financing is part of the overall performance. The city of Nuremberg is for the project in cooperation with the Monday Foundation for Youth and Society. The results of the plans are to be made accessible to the public as part of the "Schulbau Open-Source" project.
