Description:
As part of changes to the terminal processes, it has become necessary to redesign the retail and residence concept in the security area at the departure level in Terminals 1+2.
The announcement here refers to the allocation of services of object planning LP 1 - 8 for the conversion area Terminal 1, residence concept of the future (departure level - security area)
These parts of the building were made 50 years ago by the architect Schneider-esleben designed. The planned genes/conversions that have now been required should underline the impression of the building created in the 70 years and increase the quality of stay. Furthermore, the "Starwalk", the connecting building of the two stars - will be Jahn designed, redesigned.
The following requirements must be taken into account when planning, tendering as well as the cost and scheduling planning:
- All passenger trails must be designed / kept barrier -free.
- The conversion area is completely in the security area of the terminal.
- The conversion Has performed in phases when the terminal was full.
