• Description:
• The subject of the tender is the insurance cover (combined construction insurance including construction liability and excess insurance) for the new construction and turnkey commissioning of the 2nd partial construction phase of the St. Josefs-Hospital Wiesbaden GmbH. The Insurance contract for combined construction insurance (Lot 1) includes the areas of construction services, builder's insurance, business insurance, environmental liability and environmental damage insurance as well as planning liability insurance including extended planning cover. The Insurance contract for construction liability excess insurance (Lot 2) covers the areas of builder's liability, business liability, environmental liability and environmental damage insurance as well as personal injury from planning liability insurance. Coverage amounts in the Liability: Lot 1: - Business/builder/environmental liability as well as environmental damage insurance including personal injury for planning liability: EUR 15 million, double maximized - Planning liability: EUR 15 million, double maximized - Extended planning cover as Sublimit for planning coverage EUR 5 million, maximized twice Lot 2: - Business/builder/environmental liability as well as environmental damage insurance including personal injury for planning liability: EUR 20 million, maximized twice The insurance cover includes one Openness to recourse towards planners. In addition, the insurance cover includes construction work in the danger area as well as old building cover.
