The subject of this tender are the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), the complete delivery, installation, the site acceptance test (SAT), the release of the end documentation as well as the final acceptance of a "combined thermal thin-layer steam basin system for metals and organic materials +a basic system for the thermal evaporation of organic materials and organic/inorganic hybrid materials "for the Karlsruhe Center for Optics and Photonics (KCOP) on Campus Nord according to the attached technical specification and the external guidelines (systems 02+03+04+05).
