Description:
The Bavarian State Tax Office issues framework agreements with database providers of commercial company data centrally for the federal and state tax authorities.
In addition to licensing, the subject matter of the order includes other services such as product training and user support and reporting.
The award is divided into four lots:
- Lot 1: Queries based on individual cases
- Lot 2: tax supervision
- Lot 3: General transfer pricing audit
- Lot 4: Examination of licensing issues
The basic contract term of the framework agreement is 4 years in all lots with one Extension option for another year.
