- The object of tender includes a long -term young talent management, which is geared towards target group -oriented communication, as well as location marketing with a camp! Police. In the medium and long term, the representation of a modern, young and powerful educational institution is sought, which is also perceived as such from the outside. The Free State of Thuringia therefore intends to commission a creative agency or a bidding community with the following Process: 1st stage: Starting from 01.01.2026, the existing image campaign is to be further developed, which will be operated by the end of 2028. Part of this image campaign should be: οThe continuation of a sustainable guiding brand and core idea for the Thuringian police in the existing web platform and social media design ο prisoned web-based image campaign (target group-oriented) in order to bring the work of the Thuringian police into public focus. 2nd level: Also from 01.01.2026 continuation of the young talent campaign. This campaign lives at the same time a location marketing. The campaign includes: οThe development of a communication/ campaign concept that is tailored to the guiding brand for young talent, creation and implementation, οThe simultaneous conception to strengthen the presentation of the educational institutions As a modern training location with the involvement of the city of Meiningen as well as οkoordination, implementation, budget calculation, evaluation and strategic mandatory through the further development of measures together with the educational institutions together with the educational institutions.
