- On the basis of Section 5 (2) sentence 1 No. 1 of the Lower Saxony Rescue Service Act (hereinafter "NRETTDG"), the district of Hildesheim, service orders for commissioning with the emergency medical care in the public emergency services in the following extent Performance provider. The assignment with emergency medical care in the emergency medical service area of the Hildesheim district is awarded. The service consists of the provision of suitable emergency doctors for emergency rescue and, if applicable Section 2 (2) No. 1 NRETTDG by means of a provision of personnel at a given location. In the view of the client, this fulfills the requirements of a temporary employment agency within the meaning of the Employee Contribution Act (AUeG).
