Pragstr. 136, 70376 Stuttgart, new construction of the laboratory building for the KTI forensic technology institute, services of commissioning management and technical monitoring, new building for the forensic technology institute (KTI) of the Baden-Wuerttemberg State Criminal Police Office, Pragstrasse 136, 70376 Stuttgart.
Creation and implementationTechnical monitoring for the new building of the Criminal Technical Institute (KTI) of the Baden-Wuerttemberg State Criminal Police Office. A modern laboratory concept with, among other things, laboratory landscapes, firing ranges, explosives storage, evidence rooms, workshops, training laboratory and office is to be developed for the new KTI buildingrooms are implemented, which allows a high degree of flexibility for future changes in usage needs.
The needs assessment LPH 1 has already been completed with the creation of a feasibility study and an explanatory report on the room and functional program. Total area NUF 1-7 =15,562 m2, including laboratories = 4,268 m2, securing evidence = 1,945 m2, analysis and evidence rooms = 1,642 m2. Building costs BWK (300,400) approx. €109,439,000 gross
The contractor will be responsible for creating a monitoring concept, updating the concept, tracking and object monitoringtion, as well as the property management in the first phase of use according to AMEV, the KTIs. Monitoring is carried out in the first phase of use 4 years after commissioning in accordance with AMEV specifications.
