Description:
The regional tangent West (RTW) is a new tangent rail connection in the Rhine-Main area to improve public rail passenger traffic in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area. It primarily serves the better connection of the western districts of the city of Frankfurt am Main as well as the surrounding circles, cities and municipalities together and with each other and the better connection to Frankfurt Airport. The client (AG) is responsible for planning, building and operating the RTW infrastructure. The subject of this tender is A (framework) contract for the provision of communication services during the implementation and later commissioning phases for the infrastructure project "Regionaltangente West" (RTW) from 2026. Among other things, the project-accompanying control and coordination of the public relations as well as the project-accompanying maintenance and support of the PR instruments. In addition, the contract covers the optional access of further communication services, such as crisis communication and organization and Implementation of events.
