The city of Burg Stargard intends the establishment of a community center in the center of the city, including the listed former home in Marktstr. 7 at the northeastern limitation of the marketplace.
On the property Marktstr. 5 is supposed to be a non-basement 2- Shop new construction with expanded attic and council hall on the ground floor. The necessary staircase and barrier -free elevator are assigned to the new building. The connection to the Existing building Marktstr. 7.
