- The community portal of the FES study funding (currently available at www.fes-social.de), which was switched live in September 2020, is the digital home of all current and former scholarship holders. At the same time, it also represents an instrument of funding. The community portal is oneClosed network, which enables networking and interaction between the target groups of FES study promotion in a protected environment. In addition to current and former scholars, around 500 trust lectures and approx. 80 selection committee members are currently among theTarget groups. In order to ensure the quality of the services and data security, as well as the services of the FES and according to the requirements of the further developed technology and thus to follow the Continuous Relaunch concept, this framework agreement includes in relation to theCommunity portal regarding support, maintenance, monitoring, training and technological development in ongoing operation as well as the development and implementation of new functionalities. The services are in accordance with the current state of the artto correspond. In order to be able to provide the services, the FES grants the contractor access to the content and information required for the provision of services that are hosted in the FES-own data center.
