Description:
The municipality of Suedheide is planning to build the construction of the construction of a regional pension center (RVZ) on the previously owned, formerly with a building of the fire brigade built in the Hermannsburg district of the municipality of Suedheide the improvement of the outpatient medical medical supply in the region. The project is part of the model project of the State of Lower Saxony, which develops and tests innovative approaches to ensure health care in rural areas. A rough cost estimate by the client assumes construction costs (KG 200-500) of EUR 1,968,000 (gross). The service provision must be started immediately after the contract is placed. The planning must be aligned with completion on October 31, 2027.
