- The IK would like to make it easier for its currently around 480 employees to have access to company health insurance through employer-financed company health insurance (bKV) and to support them financially on the basis of the applicable collective agreement IK has the status of policyholder and the employees are insured persons.
Company health insurance
Company health insurance is advertised for the employees of IK - Die Innovationskasse in the form of a group contract for a minimum term of one year in which the conditions for the implementation of the insurance are determined.
IK is the insurance company and the employees are the insured persons.
Employees can work without a health check, without age restrictions and with the option of private employment Continue joining the insurance company after leaving your employment relationship.
