The Brandenburg IT service provider (ZIT-BB) is the central service provider for the immediate state administration of Brandenburg to provide IT services. His extensive task portfolio includes planning, provision and operation of the technical infrastructureas well as the coordination and the support of both agency-specific and cross-agency and common IT procedures. In its area of responsibility, IT security management for the IT infrastructure of the state administration and the responsibility for the Computer-ENGENCY Response team also includes(Cert). The number of jobs to be looked after will continue to increase in the coming years. With the centralization of the IT of the state administration, the support isof the authorities and institutions of the state of Brandenburg in the planning, design and use of information technology as well as advice on questions of IT security became an essential field of activity of the company. The ZIT-BB also provides services according to the BrandenburgE-Government Act, especially for municipalities, offices and municipal associations of the country.
