Description:
The University Hospital of Muenster is planning to add a parking garage to the existing care center. The preliminary analysis of the statics showed that up to three parking levels are possible as a steel structure without supports or land improvement. The level of the highest parking level may therefore be max.Do not exceed 22 meters. The planned parking levels are to be designed as "open garages" in accordance with the garage regulations. A total of around 800 parking spaces are to be provided on two levels with a distance level in between at a height of at least 2.20 m for technical structures. Which continues to gThe special challenges of this planning task are the reliable provision of the supply center underneath and the consideration of the design-functional integration of the special situation of the extended parking garage, including its entrance and exit. The cost framework bequates to around 9 million euros net for the eligible construction costs (KG 300 and 400).
