The district of Muehldorf a. Inn intends to be the task authority and responsible authority in accordance with Art. 8 Para. 1 and 2 Bayoepnvg i. V. m. § 8a PBefG and Art. 2 lit. c) VO (EC) No. 1370/2007, a public service order (OeDA) via public passenger service with motor vehicles according to § 2Paragraph 1 PBefG for line traffic on line 7548 in the area of the district of Muehldorf a. Inn to forgive. The OeDA is said to be 5 years. The subject of the intended OeDA are all public passenger services in the district of Muehldorf a. Inn according to the supplementary documentTo this preliminary announcement. The OeDA refers to transport services for local public transport within the meaning of Art. 1 BayoepnvG and § 8 PBefG.
