- The district of Traunstein intends as a task authority and responsible authority in accordance with Art. 8 Para. 1 and 2 BayoePNVG i. V. m. § 8a PBefG and Art. 2 Lit. c) VO (EC) No. 1370/2007, a public service order (OeDA) via public passenger transport services according to § 2 Paragraph 1PffG for a so-called on-demand traffic in the area of the municipalities of Chieming, Grabenstatt, Grassau and overseas. The OeDA is to be granted for the term of 4 years, with a one -sided extension option by the Traunstein district of up to 2 years. Subject of the intendedOeda are all public passenger services in the area of the municipalities of Chieming, Grabenstatt, Grassau and overseas in the district of Traunstein according to the additional document on this preliminary announcement. The OeDA relate to transport services of local public transport in the sense ofArt. 1 BayoepnVG and § 8 PBefG. The operator must have permits for the operation of the regular traffic to be awarded in accordance with Section 44 PBefG at the latest.
