- Lot 1 includes a service as a complete package, which includes the following services: • Tire assembly • Tire repair • Wheel change • Balancing • Waste tire disposal The services are carried out by the bidder - either in a bidder's own workshop, in a partner or service workshop of the bidder or in the workshop of a third party/subcontractor. The distance from the workshop named by the bidder may not exceed a maximum radius of 20 km as the crow flies from the RNV location, Moehlstrasse 27, 68165 Mannheim. This serves to ensure a high level of operational readiness of the vehicles, quick repairs - especially in the case of breakdown assistance - and thus as little downtime as possible. The ordering/individual retrieval from the framework agreement is carried out by the client by ordering via email to the bidder. The specific process is as follows: The client will bring the vehicle to the bidder's workshop named in the offer at the time agreed by telephone or email. The bidder then sends a cost estimate via email rnv and discuss the processing with them if necessary. The prices in the cost estimate must correspond to the prices from the bidder's offer (if necessary adjusted in accordance with Section 4.1.1 of the contract). The rnv then places a binding order with the bidder via email. The commissioned one The service must then be provided within 48 hours.
