Description:
The subject of the present tender is the conclusion of contracts on the delivery of radiologically active contract doctor practices in Baden-Wuerttemberg with contrast agents within the framework of the office requirement for the period from 1/10/2025 to 30.9.2027. The contractual partner obligesto ensure the care of the contract doctors in Baden-Wuerttemberg with the contrast agents agreed by the advertised delivery contracts ("contracts") and to grant the statutory health insurance companies for each issued, contractual medicine. WithThe advertised contracts are agreed in accordance with §§ 53 ff. SGB X.Client can be prescribed. According to the information in section 5.1, a total of 25 specialist (including partial ones) are formed. Each of the ATC codes or ATC code subgroups mentioned in the sectorless forms their own unassrouptced. All sectorless people are referred to with a letter.Expert people with a subdivision into partialless people also receive a digit. The unexplained (including partless), an agreed maximum amount applies.
