Description:
Stadtwerke Emden GmbH intends to complete multi-person framework agreements via various civil engineering services. The standard period of the framework agreements is 3 years. The client is entitled to extend the term twice by one year each (Extension option). The maximum term of the framework agreements is therefore 5 years. The individual orders under the respective framework agreement are awarded without re -procurement procedures according to the conditions specified in these procurement documents.
Los 1 refers to all trades (Gas, water, electricity, heat, TK) including house connection and willingness. It contains "larger" investment measures.
Los 1 1 includes all trades (including network connection and on -call service), d. h. Larger investment measures (gas, water, electricity, heat, TK). It describes measures and projects, which result from the annual construction planning of Stadtwerke Emden GmbH. These measures can be:
Ostlasse trains Redestement of main and supply lines,
Oststrasse Zugnung Refurbishment of mains connection lines and network connections including the connection to existing customer systems,
oar Fly construction measures as part of the construction of care equipment such as transformer buildings, for example,
Electricity stations, gas control systems etc.
